A User, when registering on the Platform, confirms that he/she has reached the age of 18 years. In addition, the User fully assumes responsibility for compliance with the laws of his/her country. Including the investment in foreign companies and the payment of taxes on profits received.

The Platform disclaims the responsibility for all customers“ actions that violate or exceed the scope of this agreement.

The main terms of this agreement may be amended and/or supplemented by the Platform unilaterally and without prior notification of the user. Changes to the rules can be made in order to bring the agreement in line with the amendments made to the current legislation and to the rules of payment systems.

Affiliates are prohibited to make numerous mailings (spam) through electronic means of communication. Vintal.online does not welcome this way of advertising the Platform.

All funds available on the balance of Users violating the rules will be charged in favor of the Platform as a penalty measure, and such Users’ accounts will be blocked.

Financial information

Each transaction for the transfer of funds between the User and the Platform is confidential and shall not be disclosed.

All transactions on the Platform are executed using SUT.

The Platform does not guarantee to the User accurate and timely accruals of the reward. The rewards rate is indicated in terms of the investment process and is subject to change.

The payments with affiliates and representatives are conducted in accordance with the terms of the affiliate program.

Customer Service Support and Assistance

All questions about cooperation with the Platform and the terms of service should be sent through customer support.

Each User has the right to contact the customer support service and receive a response or help on his/her issue. Assistance or any consultation is carried out within the framework of the working hours established by the Platform.

In order to receive a full and complete response, the User undertakes an obligation to provide a maximum of information on the issue that has arisen at the time of his/her request to the customer support service. Users“ requests have no priority in importance and are processed by the customer support service on a first-served basis.

Unless otherwise stated, the Platform and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Vintal.online.

Any investments involve risks. It is not possible to consider the profit from investments as income received as payment for labor. Allocate only that amount, the possible loss of which will not affect your family budget critically.
